Welcome to Peep, a travel companion app and business web portal available at peep.nz (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, which can be found at peep.nz/privacy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Peep is a travel companion app that allows users to plan and organize their travel experiences, as well as a business web portal that allows businesses to manage their listings on the app.
User Conduct

Peep does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Peep, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, any content you post to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of New Zealand.
